Join us this Easter holidays for a printmaking workshop drawing on the practice of renowned twentieth-century modernist Henri Matisse.  

In his large-scale Oceania prints currently on display as part of A Bigger View, repeated organic shapes are inspired by the sky and the sea.  

We’ll experiment using cut-outs and foam printmaking techniques, generating our own simple shapes to layer and repeat, to create bold and playful compositions.  

Recommended for ages 6 – 12 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult or carer and cannot be left unsupervised at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
