ArtKeeper
At HOTA, we love artists and we know we can’t be a Home of the Arts without them. Their work lifts our spirits, helps us maintain cultural connections, imagine new futures and more - the work that artists do is essential.
So in 2021 we piloted a new way to support them to keep creating the art we all need - enter, ArtKeeper. This now nationally recognised model of artist support, places four artists on HOTA’s payroll, providing income security, fair work conditions and organisation-wide support to develop new work and ideas.
