Distracted

ADHD Expert Panel Discussions and Q&A's

Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for DISTRACTD — a warm, neurodivergent-affirming event series exploring ADHD, autism and neurodiversity. Each month features a curated theme and expert speakers from psychology, psychiatry, education, medicine, therapy and lived experience.

Designed for neurodivergent individuals, parents, teens, teachers, clinicians, and anyone who lives or works alongside ND brains. Expect diverse perspectives, practical insights, Q&As and community connection.

Calm lighting, lower volume levels, breakout spaces, flexible seating and an armband system help make the environment sensory-friendly.

All ages welcome. Free to attend.

#Season Pass FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. The Season Pass is a free, accessibility-focused option that removes booking barriers.

Do I have to attend every month?

No. Come when you can — no cancellations required.

Will my seat be reserved?

You are automatically registered for each event. It is General Admission so no reserved seating.

What if I can’t make a session?

There’s no need to notify us. The Pass exists to reduce admin, not create more.

Do I still need a ticket each month?

No. Your Season Pass covers all months.

Will I get reminders?

Yes - sent at helpful intervals (a few days before, plus the day of the event).

Will the whole year’s topics be public?

No - monthly themes and speakers are released month-by-month, but Pass holders get them first.

Can teens sign up?

Yes. All ages welcome.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, but they will need their own (free) Season Pass or book a free monthly ticket.
