Australia’s largest celebration of screen culture, AACTA Festival, and the prestigious AACTA Awards presented by Foxtel Group, will be returning to HOTA, Home of the Arts on the Gold Coast from 4–8 February 2026.
Showcasing the incredible talent and diversity of the Australian screen industry, AACTA Festival spans five days and celebrates some of the country’s leading creatives, productions, and voices. The Festival brings together fans, creators, industry professionals, and emerging talent from across the nation.
AACTA Festival launches on Wednesday 4 February with the AACTA Awards Industry Gala, followed by the AACTA Industry Conference Day on Thursday 5 February.
On Friday 6 February, the red carpet is rolled out for the AACTA Awards Ceremony presented by Foxtel Group, honouring the year’s most outstanding achievements in film, television, and online storytelling.
AACTA Festival continues over the weekend with an unmissable line-up of screenings, premieres, outdoor events, masterclasses, and the return of the popular AACTA Screen Careers Expo presented by Essential Screen Skills on Saturday 7 February for those looking to break into the screen industry.
