Returning Performer
David Bates — the Spiegelmaestro — is the visionary producer behind La Clique and the creative force who introduced Australia to the iconic spiegeltent. Founder of The Famous Spiegeltent, he has spent nearly 30 years touring the world, launching international careers and redefining cabaret. His genre-shaping work has earned multiple international awards, including Olivier Awards and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival Icon Award.

Heather Holliday
Gold Coast Premiere
New York–born Heather Holliday began her career at the legendary Coney Island Circus Sideshow and became the world’s youngest female sword swallower. Known for fire, blades and vintage glamour, she has appeared in music videos, television and toured globally with LIMBO and LIMBO UNHINGED. Fearless, seductive and wildly entertaining, Holliday is a true sideshow icon.

David Pereira is an internationally acclaimed performance artist whose work fuses circus, dance and theatre with extraordinary physicality. A former Cirque du Soleil performer, his genre-defying acts have stunned audiences from Berlin to London’s West End and Paris’s Folies Bergère. Award-winning and critically celebrated worldwide, Pereira is a must-see force of charisma and artistry.

Tara Boom is Australia’s gloriously unpredictable cabaret renegade — clown, juggler and creative chaos engine. Cabaret Decadanse

Montreal’s Cabaret Décadanse delivers a bold, sexy and hilarious puppet cabaret for adults, hailed by critics as “an absolute gem.” From Broadway to pop, their dazzling musical numbers are brought to life by master puppeteers André-Anne LeBlanc and Alexandre Iannuzzi. Sensual, surprising and wickedly funny, these original cast favourites return to La Clique.
