Synopsis
BITTER CHRISTMAS is a spry tragicomedy that follows an overworked advertising director in 2004 experiencing a personal crisis after failing to mourn her mother’s death, whose story is reflected in a framing narrative set in 2026 about a filmmaker who breaks his creative drought by turning her and her friends’ experiences into an auto-fictional screenplay.
